Had a friend/co-worker/RC Buddy years ago whose father was B-26 crew.  Pilot I think but don't recall for sure.  My understanding was the 26 was not the easiest to fly.  Had some quirks to it.  But then, back then what didn't?

Don't recall many if any 26 threads here so posting yours would certainly be a welcome diversion.  No doubt some new problems to overcome.  And if the guys here can't help you solve them you're going to have to call Boeing or Lockheed or one of the others.  :)
