OK. here goes.
Not an easy one, but I have R/C plans.

Built in the 1930’s  Not for the Military, But seconded into a European air force
A high-wing monoplane. with a radial engine
It was a four-seater- 2 Crew, 2 Passengers

The wings were folded rearwards, and were equipped with automatic slats, flaps, and interceptors.
Had STOL capabilities.
