Great job mate and will be so nice to be able to get out for a fly again.  Will be about 6 - 8 months before I am back to building as have to save cash for my new shed.

I will instinctively know whether she is nose or tail heavy. If I walk to the end of  the runway after the re-maiden take off to a black heap of smoldering wreckage then I will instinctively know that I got it wrong. Just joshin' 

To be honest the c of g had not entered my mind ! Like Doc I assumed it would remain the same. This is not a good assumption.

Originally the Lysander was hoisted up in CB's BGBS (Bl###Y Great Big Shed) on a Vanessa rig. Now all I will do is grab her under the wings at the roots and hold the 60 + Lbs at the full size C of G.

This is a pic of the full sized Lizzie showing the markings of the C of G. It was sent to me by Andy Sephton, himself. He put an arrow to show which internal cabin strut I should aim for. This was done originally and all worked out well. The big fat tank was on at the time. It is so light that when flying with out it there is no discernible difference in the plane's behaviour.

The lift up with the hands to each side is not that difficult and I prefer this over the use of the Van Rig, anyhoo.

It shall be done before the re-maiden. We might get a surpise!
