We as the Dutch Dawn Patrol group have made embroidered patches, every pilot can buy them for the cost price of €5,00 each and some we give away for help etc. This is the price each from a small company here in the Netherlands and is including setup etc, no extra costs...... Everybody like them very much.

A newish issue this year planning our event on Dec 7th and 8th... 2 other clubs within a reasonable travel distance have now scheduled events on the same dates as ours. I have attended both of the other clubs events over the years and all do  a great job for sure.... but it would seem we are the only ones checking the AMA site when scheduling as we pulled our sanction a while back before any one else was scheduled to avoid conflict. I see this a few times a year in FL with clubs within 3 hours or so holding similar events at the same time. Just seems odd/wrong somehow.   Thoughts?

Have you contacted the CD from those events? Maybe worth it to find out if they in fact checked or if they just don't care...

Are these Sanctioned events? What is the criteria for the AMA to sanction an event, what is the minimum distance for them to say there is a conflict?
