Even though I joined RCSB some time ago to see and learn from all the great builds here, this is my first post as I finally plan to have a go at building a plane.

It will be a RBC kit of the Jodel D9 Bébé in 1/4 scale which I feel is a suitable model as a first build.

I am thinking in starting a build log as I most likely can do with some advice, but it will be more of a semi scale build, and I am not sure if such a log is appropriate here.

I intend to build the model based on a Kiwi D9 which flew in the 1980s as I like the unique paint scheme.
