Hi everyone,
I'm a new member, and one of your older ones at that. Just getting back into RC flying recently from when I was young and I belong to a local RC club here. I have an Elite trainer, a Big Stick that looks like I stole it from the Baron himself and I'm building a 1/5 scale SE5a that I REALLLY want to finish by this summer!
Looking forward to being a member on this site.

Hi EM, welcome to RCSB!

Love me a WWI aircraft!  Flying a VK Sopwith 1-1/2 Strutter now, have a couple more goodies on the shelf.

Be sure to check out the site supporter program LINK - there are a LOT of benefits beyond the capability of adding phots and unlimited posting.  And all the other supporters who are all willing to help you out.

Start a build thread on your SE - that's the best way to get help and encouragement.

Welcome to the party.

I've been threatening to build an SE5a since 1971 and haven't done it yet.
We love pictures, so post when you can.
You have to be a supporter, but I got my money's worth in about the first 24 hours on here.

Hey Cobra. Do you have a place to fly? I'm a member of the Bit's and Pieces flying club in Adrian. We would love to have you come out and check out the field and meet the members in the spring. -Bill     Link to our website:

EMCobra,

Welcome to the club! You will find a good group of guys here all sharing the same interest in building scale models. Everyone is willing to help a guy out when he has a building problem, plenty of ideas to choose from. Don't forget to post lots of pictures of your build, remember a photo can only be 175K in size so a program such as Photo Razor will become your friend in order to post.

The upload page indicates 250kb now, but I have no idea if that makes a difference.
