It has been nice here in the southern US to be able to get outside, fly more and attend events again (my skin color was almost that of a cave fish). Don’t forget the sun screen when you are outside! Just a couple of site related items to cover this month. 1. SUPPORTING VENDORS - I wanted to remind everyone to try and use our supporting vendors first if possible. These vendors do a lot to help this site. Be sure and check them out by clicking on [RCSB Vendors] on the site menu at the top of every page. 2. VALID EMAIL ADDRESS - Folks, I have begged you all in the past to please update your email address if it has changed. The number of bad email bounces is getting unmanageable and if it continues, accounts with bad email addresses will start getting locked out. To check your email address please go to your profile by clicking on [My Profile] on the site menu then clicking the "Registration Details" link to check your email address. If it is not current and you no longer have access to that address simply private message me on the site (also under [My Profile]) and let me know your new email address and I will be happy to update it for you. Thank you! 3. YOUR PRIVACY – Contrary to what you might think or see on “those other sites”,  RCSB will NEVER and I mean NEVER sell or share any of your registration information for commercial purposes. I believe this is one of the most important differences between us and other sites. The only data we collect is anonymous analytical data (how you use the site, what pages you visit, etc.) so we can make your experience better. You can read more about this in our privacy policy by clicking on Community and then RCSB Privacy Policy on the site menu or you can click here to read it. 4. PHOTOS FROM EVENTS - While attending events this flying season if you take some picture be sure and share them in the "Scale Events" forum.
