Like many of you, I grew up wanting to be a fighter pilot but things didn't quite pan out. I was into RC trucks and things when I was younger, but now days, with the POV technology, I feel like flying one of these scale jets or warbirds with a POV headset is my best shot at fulfilling my dreams.

Looking forward to digging into this stuff!

Although I have been to lower Alabama on a cross country vespa trip, I unfortunately don't live there. I only wish I could be that close to New Orleans.

Whats your opinion on the learning curve of these scale RC planes. I've flown some small park flyers before but it was a long time ago. Do i need to go buy some super cheap simple plane first then work my way up the scale ladder or is there a more direct route?
