I decided to give it a try and sign up..

Many of you have probably crossed paths or threads on RCU with me I believe. I have a few friends on the forum from the Ames Iowa C. I. A. guys. A good bunch they are up there. I also know a few guys from the Owatonna area .. from visits to their airshow, and crossing paths at other events..

I fly mainly from Elkhart Iowa.. The Des Moines Modelairs field along the old Skunk River.

I like Vintage planes with a real fervor for WW1 lately.. and Though I do enjoy WW2 just as much.. just thinking about retracts tends to make me grumble some. ! hahahah

I am getting into some slightly bigger electrics and gasoline engines.   Electrics have some great aspects to it.. Especially since I have a high def camera I like to use to capture footage of our planes from up above. My latest camera platform is a Balsa USA 1/4 Nieuport 11. It flies so smooth the footage of other large WW1 planes is nice..

In the past I posted my limit of 5 posts on a BalsaUSA 1/3 Pup. Those are still probably around here somewhere?

Anyhow it will be interesting to have the ability to comment at will now !

Forgot to add I have quite a few videos on youtube under foodstick as the channel name.

Lance

Hey Lance - welcome back to RCSB!  If you remember when and what thread/forum you posted your N11 pics they are probably still there - back several pages!  If not - oh well, start a new thread on your Ni11!

Hey foodstick, glad you found your way over to RCSB.  You should show the guys your enlarged Guillows '109, I always get a kick out of that one.
