I am an builder of WW1 planes. Still a newbie at it an slow as hell, but I get great enjoyment out of it. I am currently flip flopping between a Balsa USA 1/3 Sopwith Pup and an Arizona Model Gotha bomber.

I think the pup might be a wiser choice for noob.......save the difficult ones for a bit later as to not become overwhelmed and frustrated.

Hey Merc, welcome to RCSB!  Whereabouts are you located?

I really enjoy WWI, although they can be frustrating at times.  And like a buddy of mine says, "It's not a race!"  Take your time and enjoy the build.

Please give a thought to becoming a site supporter (LINK) -that opens up RCSB to you and allows you to post pictures in a build thread.  Great way to ask and answer questions!
