Hello everyone. New to the site but familar with all the other RC forumn sites out there (FlyingGiants, RCGroups, and Profile Brootherhood). Been back in the hobby for around 3 years. I mainly have a bunch of small scratch built foamies that are just fun to toss around, but I do have a couple of glow powered models and in the process of completing a 30% Cap 232 built from plans. After the Cap is done I'm looking at doing a T-6 Texan from plans I found on outerzone. I'm scaling them up to 132% to give me a 82" wingspan and will be powering it by a 30cc motor I have on a rotor tiller that I will convert to RC use. It will be my first scaleish build and I'm looking forward to it.

Chris

Hi Chris, welcome to the RCSB community - you will find lots of help here. It sounds as if you have a good background already.

Be sure to check out the site supporter program (LINK) That will give you access to a lot more of the site and remove the restriction of 5 posts as a basic member.

Where in VA? I was stationed at NAS Oceana/VA Beach 1970-71 - fond memories!
