Greetings all,
I hope you all are having a great time with our hobby! Lots of fly-ins and contests coming up here in the Northern Hemisphere. I know our pals down-under are starting to sharpen their x-actos and cleaning off their building benches for another building season. No matter if you are flying this month or building please be sure to do it safely and try to share this great hobby with someone new this month.
Just a few items to cover this month...
1. 3D PARTS REPOSITORY – If you are a site supporter and have not checked out the 3D Parts Repository lately go take a look! There are many new items that have been added over the last several months and you might find something helpful for your project. To view the 3D Parts Repository simply click on [Site Supporter] on the site menu and then [3d Parts Repository].
2. NEW FORUM – Be sure and check out the new forum under “Scale Organizations” named “FAI (CIAM) F4 Scale” in the forum listing page. This forum was setup to help the FAI F4 organizers get the word out about their event before each championship event.
3. PHOTOS FROM EVENTS – I want to ask each of you who attend scale related fly-ins to post pictures from them. It only take a few minutes and your photos and post help generate interest in the event. Be sure and share them in the "Scale Events" forum. Everyone would love to see all the beautiful models out there. I look forward to seeing more this year!
