  I would like to start a thread describing the differences to pay attention to concerning the F4H class, and how it gets judged differently than the AMA Sportsman Expert class that we are mostly used to flying.  

 Any tips, tricks, or things to look out for in regards to static and flying expectations.  Any input would be welcome.

Hi Rich, being a recognised FAI class the flying portion is exactly the same as for F4C.

The static scoring is simplified as the models aren't necessarily entirely built by the competitors.

The whole F4 rules, including F4H, can be viewed here, these are the current versions:

I've no idea what the current AMA rules are, you can compare the pair.
