I have lurked and posted but never said hello.

Was in the USAF for 25 years.

Been in the RC hobby since 1988. Flew Helis firs then planes. A friend I knew at one of the places I was stationed was a hardcore scale builder. Jimmy Cowman in New Mexico. His builds really had me interested in trying a bigger scale build.

My kit building skills consist of a Sig 4 star 40, Sig hog Bipe, Patriot 40 and a GS TF P51 (got it 80 percent finished then sold it.) got out of the hobby for a while. Now I have returned with a vengeance.

The other day I ordered a BSUSA 1/4 scale Dr.1 Triwing. Hopefully I will get it built during the hot summer here in AZ. Least that’s my goal.

Anyway, there’s the basics.
