Maiden on the Razorback in Albuquerque went almost flawless. Very nice takeoff, 3 clicks of down trim and greased landing.  minor issue with tailwheel to rudder alignment.....what a beautiful day and very nice flying. On a side note, the Hun Hunter was grounded and Red X for rudder hinge. (Slight handling damage) So no flights for him. In flight pictures to come from Fred Prince soon.

Flying both of these Fellas on G62 magneto. Needed the nose weight and still added 1 1/4 lbs to both of these planes. Plenty of power and very reliable. I fly at close to 6000' and use a 22 x 8 prop, very good scale speed with this set-up.

Photo Compliments of Fred Prince. A bit cold in Albuquerque today but I braced the cold and flew both YA P-47's. More in flight photos to come as I receive them.

LOL Keith....I said a bit cold. I drove 200 miles to fly in what was supposed to be 56 deg. Not BAD....but disappointing.
