Hello guys
Well we have enough interest to proceed with production, Mike will be posting info this weekend on where and how to send payment, I will fill orders on a first come first served basis, I have added some additional bonus info to this edition as it will likely be the last printing

Thanks to everyone for the AMAZING response. Mike and I were shocked how many folks still want this great scale resource. Now that we know there is sufficient interest in the color chip book I am closing the thread and posting the ordering information. The books will be shipping no later than in January. If you have any questions about ordering please contact Mike Marecki via PM here (TYLER1961) or email (email shown below).

ORDERING and PAYMENT

You can order and pay one of two ways:

Paypal 
Send $60.00 US each for order in the US, or $70.00 US each for International orders to TYLER1961@HOTMAIL.COM.
Be sure to make the total appropriate for the number of copies you wish to order and add in the notes section that it is for the M&M color book.

Personal Check (US only)
Mail a check to Mike made out to "Mike Marecki" for $60.00 US per copy along with your mailing address to:

Just got word from Mike Marecki that he will start shipping books Monday Dec. 21st. If you wanted a copy and have not paid yet now is the time to order before they are all gone. Many of you have committed to buying a copy but have not ordered it yet.
