Hi every one, well My Name is Ray and have been modelling since I was knee high, built and flown lots of model, freeflight, jetex, control line and now radio control.
I have on the go at this moment a 1/4 scale cub, 1/6 scale Mossie and a 1/4 scale F4u-1 Corsair.
I am a member of the whmfc here in the UK not far from Bridlington East Yorkshire.

Ray,
Welcome to the RCSB site. As I welcomed the previous new member, I've been partial to many aircraft of British origin. We're all here together as support & good cheer.

From the brief conversations you've had with Whitney, I seem to be a "young" 69. It also seems as if you've got several pokers in the fire with all those modeling projects.

I'm from Reno, Nevada: home of the full sized Nat'l Championship Air Races which is about to commence this September 12th through the 16th. If anyone is interested in a particular racer just let me know & I'll try to take some photos for you. They're also having the prestigious Smithsonian awards for the most outstanding restored aircraft in its category. Should be interesting.
