This is a problem with any CAD program - Solidworks, Fusion, Inventor.  They can all make a drawing of a part, which can be exported as a DXF.  That one DXF can then be cut on the laser or router or CNC mill.  But that is the limits.  You still need a program to manipulate and nest all of the part DXF together as a cut file for laser or router - otherwise you have to cut one part at a time, which is not efficient use of time, material and machine work envelope.  This is best done with a 2D program; Draftsite or AutoCAD LT for example.  It is easy to then nest all your DXF together for an efficient cut file (many DXF together) for your work envelope of your machine.

Excellent work to persevere with 360 though!  Very cool model - it will be awesome on floats.
