With kind permission from Keith in the UK I'm posting the results of his efforts with the Brian Taylor Typhoon plan and my fuselage kit.

A splendid out come so far indeed. Nice work there Keith .

Michael,

It is the 72 & 3/4 inch wingspan plan built one.

It was designed for the OS 120 FS motor and Keith has installed the OS 120 Pumped FS version.

Keith built the wing, tailplane and rudder from Brian Taylor's plan. The fuselage is from my Fuselage Kit for this exact B.T. plan.

He's done a really nice job of finishing it.

Gotta love the Typhoon!  Really nice work.  One day I need to build myself one of these.

Sweet bird!  Anybody ever notice that you hardly ever see a poorly built Taylor Typhoon?  Must be one of those projects that only gets tackled by the "hard core" builder types.  Good luck to Keith on getting this one finished and flying.

Finally, some images of finished project. I have weighed this bird, and it came out heavier than anticipated. Without adding ballast it weighs 17lb with near 5lb ballast required.
I don't think the O.S 120 pumper will be enough.
Any way here it is.

Impressive work.
Too bad you will need to redo the snout to get a bigger lump in front.
I would suggest a Moki 2.10. It's a real powerhouse useful weight up front as well. It runs well on low nitro fuel.
or the DA 50 would be a bit more fuel efficient.
Great job none the less. Will the landing gear handle the 23 pounds?
