Hi a friend of mine Ray Slack is building a fairly Fulmer. He had some drawings and information from Brian Taylor many years ago. As far as we know Brian Never published a working plan. He is stuck for information on the so called Zap flaps, if anybody has pictures or any other information please let me know. Regards Mike

Doing your searches you need to be explicit about what you seek...not just the plane name. The above result
was supported with large images which I reduced inboard top and bottom portions. I still consider this line art
poor as it does not disclose the wing/flap swing angles. I know there are better ones out there. This was easy
and quick to post after editing down to proper size.

Ordering a properly scaled Jerry Bates Fairey Fulmar plan set or reducing it to your required size at a graphics
service will serve to create templates for correcting a less than plan. Contact Jerry for particulars of doing this.

This represents a start, not an end result to acquire proper documentation. Good luck!

To  my understanding there is only one (1) of these assembled and "0" in flying condition.
Prior to the last hurricane I believe the Lone Star Museum in Galveston had a disassemble
aka less that restoreable level one. Have not been down there since much of it was going to
move to Ellington Field further inland here in Houston.

You need either of two things to guide you through this. Either an erection and maintenance
manual or a detailed field service manual will contain both oblique illustrations of mechanical
function of wing folding which will clearly show the portions of the flap folded as a separate
function.
