hi chaps just thought i would put on a few picture of my long term on going project that was taken last week at the shuttle worth uncovered show in the uk.her is a brief outline of the project.i can put some info and pictures if any interest is shown?bit of info:
The Model: BRISTOL FIGHTER F2B

Builder :Barry Banks

I started drawing plans for the "Brisfit' back in 1993 when I went with my wife and grandson to the Hendon museum in London. After asking the curator would he mind if I measured up the aircraft he said no problems so off we went with my trusty note pad , tape measure and steps,
At that time there were not many large ww1 model aircraft about in the UK. So I made my mind up to crack on and the building started in early 1994,
And over the next few years I put in over 2200   hours on the build .
But then due to work commitments” very long hours” and a spot of ill heath the building ground to a halt for the next ten years. .           ;           ;           ;         But now I am retired I am going get it finished and have it retrospectively inspected so I can get a Certificate of Design and Construction by my L.M.A. inspector,with a view to have it flying soon?
Specs:
Wing span    15’. 9”
Length             10’. 0”
Height            3’. 7”
Engine          German 3w boxer 4 - 240cc
Weight :      115 lbs inc “ half a church roof ”

The model is built from Spruce,Columbian Pine,Birch ply,and Jelutong with light ply ribs .
And full wire bracing in the wings.

CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME HOW TO ADD PICTURES?

Never seen my Dutch Dawn Patrol maties so yaw dropping silent ;-)
