Welcome to RCSB. It looks like you have some malware on you PC that you might want to get cleared off. You can go to https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/ and download their scanner to clean it up.

As far as the gibberish at the end of your post, I think that is due to anti-virus software but am not sure - hope Mike (Admin) can tell us!
