It's a cutie, and flies fine, too.  Everything is wood or wire...the wheels are balsa, the dummy engine too.  This kit was made by a guy named Ted Schreyer in Vermont in the Nineties.  Tremendous amount of love and care in the kit, it's the real deal.  There are complete build pics on my facebook page if anybody is really interested.  He only did Golden Age stuff, and only in the 36-58 inch range, for glow 10 engines and the like.
