Quote: Rufe Sparky,
I can't say I would have wanted to ride in the tailnoom either, especially on those long flights from England to the Middle East!
Up next we're Building a 160" Martin Mars, Jim has the CADing well underway...guess we'll need more cowls and nacelles ??

Ive got the plans for the Martin Mars from a canadian chap(name escapes me) but if yall are doing a more scale mars, i would definitely be interested in plugging and molding the cowls and other bits in exchange for some parts and pieces :)

Wow. Bob. That plane flies VERY light. It appears MUCH lighter than the B29 I fly. That's a credit to you and your team. It looks like a real treat in the air.
It flies SOOOoo smooth. As the pilot, YOU did a fantastic job. You clearly have a very high level of skill, and flew it very smooth...but I'm most impressed because you weren't doing any more than is necessary. Most pilots get all busy on the sticks, when the appropriate action is to just leave it alone and let it go.
For those of you that haven't found the link...Here's a VIDEO LINKY
