My 15-year-old grandson is a very technically advanced fellow for his age.

He has printed a 1/3 scale pilot figure for my current build project at a mere 7.5 ounces.
He uses ASA Aero material, it is 45% lighter in weight than the typical ASA.

The results are wonderful, and he would be glad to print one for you too at any scale you prefer.
The files are available right here on RCSB.

If you have any interest PM me, i will put you in contact with him directly to work out the cost and other details.

By the way, i did find clothes and hair on Amazon.
