Hi all, I received an email today saying that RCM Plans service will resume operations in march this year. Apparently they have a new owner and have been trying to retrieve order information from customers. They claim to have been locked out of their web domain according to the email i received. More to follow. I will try and post the information as it was written so bear with me. Andy

Jack, I got this today from RCM
Thank you for your order with RCM Plans. We are sorry for the delay in
responding.

Our system has been down for quite some time. We were locked out of our
entire system. We were unable to access the admin portion of the
website, emails (which we lost most of), orders, etc. We are trying to
resolve the problems with our hosting company. We hope to have all
problems resolved by sometime in March. The email portion of the
website restarted on 02/14/14.

What is the source for the information about a new RCM Plans owner. What is the new owner's name, if known?
The Oregon Sec. of State Corporations Division, as of this January still listed James Depaepe as the Registered Agent,
still located in the trailerpark 8 mi. East of Gold Beach and still in Corporate Dissolution.

Any light you can shed is appreciated.

I can believe a web hosting issue like that.  Our club had a similar issue - the original webmaster passed away but the new one was able to maintain and update the website.  SOMEONE was paying the fees altho we have no idea who.  We were finally able to regain control, and shut that one down in order to have our own domain.  But it was a lot of hassle and a long time.

Even if it is the same people, they at least are trying to reach out to customers.

Hi Gene, Just received an automated email the same as Irish, saying exactly the same thing, back in business as of sometime in March. I can't really elaborate any further sorry, wish i could though..I'd be asking a few questions such as when my plans will be sent. I'm just happy that i haven't lost my $120 as yet!

Jeff, i just hope this is for real and not someone's idea of a bad joke. It does seem odd though that the reply would mention a domain issue but still take your money and credit card details! Still works fine in that regard.
