Greetings fellow builders... I hope each of you are weathering this pandemic successfully and you and your families are safe and well. Things are looking up overall here in the US and I hope we all can get back to our normal lives soon. Hang in there! 

The last month I have been doing a lot more marketing than usual to attract new members that may not know about RCSB. We have had a flood of new members and I want to welcome each of you to the best online community on the planet. Welcome! Why the push for new members? Well like anything else people come and go in our hobby and we constantly need to "refresh" it with "new troops".  This is a great time to get more builders involved in our awesome community. Also, if any of you have a builder buddy who you think might be interested in our community send him a link to the site.

Last but not least, please double check your email address in your profile (click on [My Profile] on the site menu). We require a current email a address in case we need to get in touch with you yet a large number of members have let their email addresses go stale and not updated them. If you have an old email address you no longer have access to and need to update it simple shoot me a message with your username and and new email address and I will be happy to update it for you. Don't forget you can manage the forums or topics you are following in your profile.

Good morning Mike,
We talked last week but I forgot to ask you a question. So here it is could NASA be part of your give away program lets say 3 one year memberships. Or if need be 6 one year. What do you think? 
We did sponsor a couple at your Toledo get together but that was canceled this year so that's where I got the idea.

Hi Mike,

I am on a few groups on Facebook, (Top Flite RC Modelers, RC Warbird Addicts, etc..) as are some of the other builders here on RCScalebuilders.com.  Often, we show some of our work on these Facebook groups and there is quite a bit of interest we promote this site and have seen some of these folks following our builds here.

Excellent proposal    

Mike Barbee's suggestion is an excellent one and a win-win for everyone in the U.S.
This will attract more RCSB subscribers to NASA, the oldest competitive flying scale
modeling association in the country.

This can have a positive effect on the U.S.A. FAI F4C Team selection process and a
return of the United States to international competitive flying scale modeling.
