Tailoredpilots.com is an option and turnaround is pretty fast considering the business is 'across the pond'. I have two quarter scale full bodied pilots for my vintage sailplanes and consider them better than Axel (which is no longer in business).

Great idea to have timing for the arms! Are you selling the stl files for this? Bummer that Lyle retired! I resized a bunch of pilots for him back in the day. I printed the pilots for Jeff's Uhu and my face is on one of them :-)
