Actually its not that difficult, nor expensive to achieve with all the readily available resources; people and an .stl file. ABS, PLA printers capable of achieving good results are down to $200 for 4 c.i. to 5.5 c.i. X,Y,Z print volume.

Thanks to Darrin He saved me lots of time & compromise to achieve a wicker matrix the difficult part of the seat.
..............................
I now arrange parts appropriately and add a header to back, arms, and legs from a chair w/o the back. Header and legs are bonded together to form the wicker seat. A "leather" cover goes over top of back and down front forming the cushion. These parts go to form a facade of what the seats look like. Will probably use RTV mold and Alumilite to save time since I need 12 of these.

The software to edit files for milling or printing is not expensive. This is Vectric's Cut3D. I use it as an editor to size .stl to the desired scale for printing. Printers have their own print software. To make a part you send to printer, test a portion of the part to be sure everything is as desired...adjust speed and temp...turn it loose to print the part.
Thanks again Darrin

I recognized instantly the 3-row passenger seating configuration as the Boeing Model-80 tri-motor transport. Good job.

I showed the variety of seating. In some photos there was little to no seat cushioning.
Probably did not hear the squeaking wicker for what had to be a roar loud from the exhaust.
Note: One photo shows what is probably an ambulance version w/bed. Certainly they were not able to sleep for the engine drone.
