Trying to add more value to your Site Supporter or Lifetime Site Supporter subscriptions I have created with the help of a few members advice and suggestions a 3D Printer Parts Repository.

The idea here is that subscribers can offer STL files (what you need to print the part) to other members for no charge (which they can go print themselves) but also offer them printing or modification services at a modest fee if they so choose to offer that. Everyone wins! We all get access to a great parts library, and the guys who have the printers can help recover some of their cost.

Many thanks to our first generous member to offer up some of his STL's is CraigO from Australia. Craig has offered several of his parts and encourages everyone else to hop on board and contribute!

Now go check it out! Just click "Site Supporter" on the site menu and then "3D Parts Repository" to view our first parts listings. Hopefully all these guys will see the benefit and contribute a part or two.

Very cool!  And how gracious of Craig to donate his work!

Wow

I like this , even an old Luddite can get a 3-D part, I will gladly pay some one for one of their parts rather than down load an try to get it printed..

Cheers
Gregg

Excellent!

I've been waiting for the repository to become available.
What a great idea.

Now I can test my soon to arrive 3D-printer with cooler parts than just cubes and balls.

Danny

STL files also work with CNC milling machines. I'll watch this forum and if I have any files that may apply here I'll post them
