The new Aichi 1/6th gear came out great, high quality 7075 Aluminum and hard chrome plated steel axis, running through glycodur slide bearings. All cnc lathed and milled by a german pro.

The kit with all options was boxed and send to Lancaster, PA via DHL as usual ensured to full price.

I finally had all pieces for the cnc together and did some test runs, all fine. 

To have it work under working conditions I did a full Aichi Val 1/6 cut I would like to give away for a special prize.

I finally started, cutting two Hurricanes 1/5th scale prototypes. Will be finished next week. Someone interested in joining the testbuilt? :) Write me a pn. The moulds for cowling and canopy are in the making also, the gear set will be published soon. This ha staken some long time, but it was worth it. Plenty of wood and pieces. Jigs for wings and fuselage.
