I'll bite..

1 - Finish my Sig 1/5 cub thats been through 2 house moves and keeps getting back burnered to other projects
2- Continue work on my Proctor Albatros, hopefully at least to the point of starting the wings
3 - Don't start any other new projects and just get out to fly more.  I managed 150 flights last year, I'll be thrilled if I can beat that.
4- More of an even split of flight time between airplanes and helicopters. Last year about 2/3 of my flying was helicopters as its a new thing for me.
5 - Take my son out to the field with me with summer, as I think he is old enough now with close supervision

My goal as far as RSCB is concerned is to be like rivnut - stop lurking and start building! I still have a lot of plastic kits underway but I need to clear some space and get into flying stuff. This site is a wonderful resource and inspiration for What Will Come.

Happy Happy, etc, to all!

My R/C goals for 2015?

1.  To fly in at least two scale contests. (the NATS and one other)

2.  To not break any props on my pup (its getting expensive)

3.  To get my friend Len stop flying that ukando and start flying his

1/4 scale SPAD that I built for him.

4.  To talk up scale building to as many of the new members of my club

as I can get my hands on.

5. Above all, to have as much fun as I had last year.

Mike

My goals are several:

1) With help from my friends Dale and Rodney, make significant progress on our Vailly FW-190.  See the build thread here.  We've been stalled for a while, due to other builds.  Dale started a Sopwith Pup, his thread is here.  Rodney just works too much

2) Get my Fokker DVIII in the air.  Bought it used, it is almost ready to go.  Going to try out an NGH 38cc four stroke.  If it is well behaved, will put some effort into a nicer finish.  Already purchased a new cowl from Fiberglass Specialties.

3) Get my Great Planes P-6E back in the air.  Wore out the original engine, an OS FS-120.  Put in a Valley View RC 20cc gas.

4) Get my Top Flite Giant P-47 in the air.  This is a uniquely colored bird - it is in German markings.  I have to go through it to make sure all is good.  It has a G-62 in it, hopefully that is sufficient.

5) Attend Warbirds Over Delaware again.  Hoping for nice weather and a safe show.  Need to fly more there, but the confidence to do that comes with practice and experience flying bigger planes.  Sometimes the lessons are brutal (like when I trashed Dales F4U last year when it stalled on landing  .

6) Improve my building skills.  Continue to learn as much as I can from this site.  Thank you in advance to everyone for helping!

I’m with Jeff and will finish a plane, other than an ARF, this decade.  Starting on a 96.25 inch span Bates Fokker D.XXI and working on my own designs for a 139 inch Hs-129b and a 149 inch An-26.
