We had our Greater Southwest Aero Club annual food drive event today and the weather was pretty nice. Started out overcast then cleared off.

Had a good pile of all kinds of food on one of the assembly tables. We've had bigger turnouts. But a fair amount of planes and pilots. I only took pics of the food table as we had TWO really good photogs out today, including Bob Score who has taken some great pics of my planes and lots of other planes.

Flew my old 1/4 Sig Cub since it was not clear what the day was going to be like. She flies in just about anything. Photo by Bob Score.

Mike, yes, puts lots of food in the food banks at a good time of year. We have a Toys-For-Tots Drive on Dec 2nd and have several Marines in Dress uniforms show up to collect the toys.

More pics by Bob Score of the GSW Food Drive Day.

Wilga. Told Jerry he needs a pilot. He said the cockpit is his winter project.

Spitfire. "Photo-Pass Bob" put on a good flight with his Spitty. Did a GREAT lofting 4 point roll.

Think this is a Top Flite P40. Darrell flew it great. He placed 2nd or 3rd overall in our Scale Masters Qualifier.

Foamy F-22 flown on 8S. And man, she moves on all that power. JD flew her well.

Foamy electric Corsairs.
