Coming up for its 2nd year on July 22 and 23rd 2017 will be the Northeastern NASA Scale Qualifier open for all Scale flyers or pilots wishing to try a fun way to get into competing in a scale event. Hosted at Goshen,NY (http://blackdirtsquadron.org/) Black Dirt Squadron`s very well maintained and spacious field. Last year pilots enjoyed meeting new friends, prizes and learning from experienced Top Gun judges in pre-flight meetings on how to improve their flight scores. CD of the event is Danny Carozza so if any type of questions, information or updates his contact number is 914-380-2302. Excellent event to experience low keyed competition and all pilots do receive sponsored grab bag prizes .

Looking forward to attending this event for the second time.

Last year was a great time and Dan C. , as well as the host club and judges, did an excellent job.

The field is wide open all around and the runway maintained like a golf course green.

Great place to fly.

Absolutely! Dan and the club`s effort they put into this event makes it all worth attending
