My wife and I will be up there for the weekend, we would like to attend the dinner, but have no idea what is all involved.

How much is the dinner, and do you need the payment in advance?

I would have liked to bring the Hellcat, for static display, unfornately I can't get the time off, and I don't think they will allow me to set up prior to the event starting Saturday morning.

John, it's just like you and your wife going out to dinner. Everyone pays for their own and can order what they wish. It's very informal and we just have a great time getting to know other RCSB'ers.The Spaghetti warehouse simply reserves a large area for us all to meet.I just needed to know roughly how many are coming. Look forward to seeing you there!

It's just a few blocks over from the Conference Center where the show is held. Easy to find.
