Hey all,

Well back from the show and have lots of photos of people and planes.. Apologies in advance for any blurry photos. I was shooting with my camera on my phone. Please note how many of photos BobH is in . Hope you enjoy.

The master with his latest endeavor.. Control Line Scale.

190 Dave,  BobH, and one of Bob's buddies. Why are they looking at him in awe? lol

Lyle Vasser (of Best Pilots), BobH (the ham), and Lyle's buddy (sorry can't remember all the names).

From left to right.. Half a ham (BobH), Tom Crump (TomCrump), and Bill (CdnFlyer) At the USSMA / RCSB booth.

Steve and Julie Thomas of Bob's Hobby Center, Distributor of Falcon propellers and Xoar props. Two fo the nicest people in this hobby!

Mitch Baker, Mike Barbee, and John Boyko of USSMA and NASA

Mike Barbee and John Boyko talking about finishing a scale model.

And now some pics of some of the beautiful models on display for the static contest.

It was a great trip as usual and fantastic to see all my friends I get to see every year there. If you have never been I would encourage you to attend next year. It's great fun!

Hopefully others will post in this thread that have photos.

Mike,
Thanks for posting the pictures I really liked the TBM it was just a right scale great weathering really a top notch endeavor.
Any Idea of the placing for the different classes? Glad you omitted the Black thingie, not a fan. Maybe they should consider a fantasy scale class but they must have flown.
A visit to Toledo is like getting my batteries recharged!
Matt spent more than I did!

Unfortunately I could not attend the dinner this year, but for sure next year.

The Canadian counterpart of the AMA was represented (Model Aeronautics Association of Canada) with our VP, KEvin McGrath on the left and President Claude Melbourne on the right.  Pilots from the USA are welcome to come and fly in Canada at any of our events

Bisson Mufflers represented by Lance on the left and Jim on the Right, another Canadian contingent.

Jim Bisson in disguise at Friday night's dinner

The HAPPY GANG, well except for Mitch, BobH seems to be enjoying whatever Mike's right hand is doing .....

Klass Kote's Nate Dickerson, is always there, and also became a proud sponsor of our Warbirds Over the Bay, Thank you Nate !!

All the rest of the pictures are of a bunch of Canadians shopping, drooling, gawking, drinking and being generally rowdy....

A great weekend to see old friends, renew acquaintenances, and meet new friends.  This is a wonderful hobby that brings people from all over the world together without politics and a common interest.

Sparky, come to our Warbirds Over the Bay, you can see the Avenger up  close and personal, and meet the builder, it will be there for sure.  Thanks for the G10, picked it up on Monday, just need to get off my butt and get to work.

Peter's Avenger looks stunning! I've been watching his build on RCU. (Too bad it wasn't here on RCSB!)

I believe he won best in show. Just beautiful work on an awesome subject.
